lactanase

lactanase

WHAT’S IN IT?
CONTAINS:
Dichloro-acetic acid 120ug/mL
Sodium gluconate 250mg/mL

HOW DOES IT WORK?

LACTANASE contains dichloroacetic acid, which is an activator of the enzyme pyruvate dehydrogenase. This enzyme plays an essential part in the process of lactic acid production during work. Supplementation with dichloroacetic acid (DCA) leads to activation of the enzyme pyruvate dehydrogenase, leading to a decline in the speed of lactic acid production and accumulation in joints. Elevated plasma lactate levels result in a decrease in pH which contributes to muscular fatigue and diminished muscle performance.

Supplementation with DCA was shown to decrease lactic acid accumulation during exercise, and produce a significant delay in muscular fatigue. The pathogenesis of Exertional Rhabdomyolysis(Tying Up) in hens is related to lactic acidosis during exercise, and associated low muscle pH. Sodium bicarbonate and dimethylglycine (DMG), which might help to reduce lactic acid accumulation during exercise, have been utilized to help in the avoidance of Tying Up in horses. Similarly, DCA (LACTANASE) results in a reduction in the rate of lactate accumulation, and a delay in the onset of muscle fatigue.

LACTANASE 100ML supplementation may assist the body in encouraging the function of reduction of lactic acid accumulation and might help delay muscle fatigue. Lactamase can also help decrease”Tying Up” Lactanase includes dichloroacetic acid (DCA), which plays a role in the process of lactic acid production. When supplementing with DCA a decline in the rate of acid production and accumulation in muscles is observed.

Supplementation with dichloroacetic acid (DCA) results in inactivation of the enzyme pyruvate dehydrogenase, leading to a decrease in the rate of lactic acid production and accumulation in joints. Take care to prevent leakage. If given away from the vein, LACTANASE is irritant. Avoid contact with mucous membranes or eyes. Prevent accidental spillage or overspray. LACTANASE is used to help reduce the prevalence of Tying Up by reducing the buildup of lactic acid in muscle tissues.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:

Sodium bicarbonate and dimethylglycine (DMG), which may help to reduce lactic acid accumulation during exercise, have been utilized to assist in the avoidance of build-up in horses. In the same way, DCA (Lactanase) results in a reduction in the rate of lactate accumulation, and a delay in the onset of muscle fatigue. SPECIES: equine Lactanase helps muscle functioning and support optimal energy release in all types of horses, but is popular for performance horses. Lactanase provides nutrients important for the formation of acetyl coenzyme A in the horse’s entire body (Acetyl coenzyme A is the gateway to the Krebs cycle, where the release of cellular energy happens ).

Lactanase 2X abbreviated by NexGen is a superior supplement for horses engaging in extreme action when the need for energy is best. The pathogenesis of Exertional Rhabdomyolysis (“Tying Up”) in horses is closely associated with lactic acidosis during exercise, and related low muscle pH. Acid, which is an activator of the enzyme pyruvate dehydrogenase is contained by LACTANASE.

This enzyme plays a part in the process of lactic acid production through extensive exercise and tough work. Supplementing with dichloroacetic acid (DCA) results inactivation of the enzyme pyruvate dehydrogenase, which contributes to a reduction in the rate of lactic acid production and accumulation in joints. Plasma lactate levels result in a reduction in pH, which leads to muscular fatigue and muscle performance. Supplementing with DCA has been shown to reduce lactic acid accumulation during exercise and also produce a delay in muscular fatigue.
