HORSES: Banamine Injectable alternative is suggested for the alleviation of inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders in the horse. It’s also suggested for the alleviation of pain associated with colic in the horse.

Banamine Injectable solution can also be approved for the control of inflammation in endotoxemia.

Use as instructed by your vet.

Horse: the suggested dose for Emotional disorders is 0.5 mg per pound (1 mL/100 lbs) of body weight per day. Treatment may be given by intravenous or intramuscular injection and lasted for as many as 5 times.

Intravenous administration is suggested for prompt relief. Clinical studies reveal pain is relieved in under 15 minutes oftentimes. Treatment can be repeated as directed by your vet. The reason for colic ought to be ascertained and handled with concomitant treatment.

Cattle: the suggested dose for control of pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease and endotoxemia and control of inflammation in endotoxemia, is 1.1 to 2.2 mg/kg (0.5 to 1 mg/lb; 1 to 2 mL per 100 pounds ) of body weight given by slow intravenous administration either after a day as a single dose or divided into 2 doses administered at 12-hour periods for up to 3 times. The total daily dose shouldn’t exceed 2.2 mg/kg (1.0 mg/lb) of body fat. Prevent rapid intravenous administration of this medication.
